Sujanpur Bal Ashram Children to Visit Jaipur in February: DC Gandharva Rathod

Hamirpur, Jan 24, 2026: Deputy Commissioner Gandharva Rathod announced that children from Bal Ashram Sujanpur will go on an educational and recreational tour to Jaipur during the February holidays. The initiative aligns with the state government’s efforts to ensure a dignified life, exposure, and holistic development for destitute children.

The tour for 13 children and staff is being sponsored under CSR support through Venus Foundation, coordinated by foundation official Ekta Thakur. As per the itinerary, the group will depart on February 8 by road to Chandigarh and travel to Jaipur by Vande Bharat Express.

From February 9–11, the children will visit Jaipur’s historical, religious, tourist sites, and select educational institutions, staying at a hotel in the city. On February 12, they will return via air travel from Jaipur to Chandigarh, followed by a road journey back to Sujanpur.

DC Rathod said the trip will be a memorable, confidence-building experience for the children and directed Bal Ashram staff to complete all necessary preparations.
