Logo Design Contest Organized by CoE-AIE, JUIT

The Centre of Excellence for Artificial Intelligence in Education (CoE-AIE) at Jaypee University of Information Technology (JUIT), Waknaghat, Solan, organized a Logo Design Contest to create its official logo. The event took place between September and October 2025, offering students an opportunity to contribute creatively to the Centre’s visual identity.
The contest was announced on 22nd September 2025, inviting students to design a logo that reflects the Centre’s vision of connecting Artificial Intelligence with Education. A total of 15 students from various academic programs, including B.Tech and M.Tech, participated enthusiastically in the competition.
Participants were asked to design an original logo—either hand-drawn or digital—based on the theme “Artificial Intelligence in Education.” Each entry was accompanied by a brief concept note explaining the idea behind the design.
The entries were evaluated by a distinguished panel comprising Dr. Hari Singh, Prof. Tiratha Raj Singh, and Dr. Nancy Singla. Judging criteria included originality, creativity, thematic relevance, and visual appeal. The event was efficiently coordinated by Mr. Kunal Rathor (PhD Scholar), Ms. Akshita Chaudhary (PhD Scholar), and Mr. Rohit Sharma (M.Tech Student), ensuring smooth organization throughout.
The presentation and evaluation session was held on 9th October 2025, followed by the announcement of results on 10th October 2025. Out of 15 creative entries, Mr. Jatin Thakur, a first-year M.Tech student, secured first place. The winner received a certificate of appreciation, and all participants were awarded E-certificates for their contributions.
Overall, the Logo Design Contest was a creative and inspiring initiative that showcased students’ artistic and innovative potential while strengthening the identity and spirit of the Centre of Excellence for Artificial Intelligence in Education.
