Mohali, November 2:

Chandi Hospitality — the powerhouse behind one of California’s most successful restaurant chains — is now setting the stage for a food revolution in India. The company is launching Curry & Hops Brewery Co. and Currylane Kitchen at Aerocity, Mohali, bringing a bold fusion of American-style dining and authentic Indian flavours.

Curry & Hops Brewery Co. promises a premium dining experience with craft brews and a global-meets-local menu. Meanwhile, Currylane Kitchen is introducing India’s first drive-through dedicated to Indian cuisine, offering quick service without compromising on taste — a first-of-its-kind concept in the country.

“Blending American hospitality with Indian heart has always been our dream,” said Mr. Sonu Chandi, CEO, Chandi Hospitality.
“We want to redefine convenience and quality for Indian food lovers,” added Mr. Sunny Chandi, Vice President, who moved back to India to lead the venture.

From California, Joti Chandi shared, “This expansion is a bridge between the excellence we’ve built in the U.S. and India’s rich culinary heritage.”

With these flagship launches, Chandi Hospitality aims to reshape North India’s dining scene through innovation, lifestyle-led spaces, and global service standards.
