BJP flustered by Darlaghat’s unprecedented rally: Sanjay Awasthi

Reacting to BJP leaders, Arki Assembly MLA Sanjay Awasthi said today that the sloganeering incident during Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu’s visit to Darlaghat was a premeditated conspiracy by the BJP. He stated that the police has registered an FIR in this regard, which is a routine procedure. Similar FIRs were also registered during the tenure of the previous BJP government.

He further said that fulfilling his promises to farmers, Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has launched Doodh Protsahan Yojana and |Freight Subsidy Scheme. Additionally, under the Rajiv Gandhi Forest Conservation Scheme, Rs28.80 lakh have been distributed to self-help groups in the Arki Assembly constituency.

He added that the unprecedented achievements of the state government have left the BJP flustered. Over 10,000 people, mostly women, gathered at the Chief Minister’s program. He added that the BJP keeps trying various tactics to attract people’s attention. However, the BJP should not forget that abiding by the law is everyone’s duty, and no one is above the law.
