Apprenticeship Mela at ITI Hamirpur on October 13

Hamirpur, October 4, 2025 – An Apprenticeship Mela will be organized at Industrial Training Institute (ITI) Hamirpur on October 13 from 10 AM under the Prime Minister’s National Apprenticeship Scheme. The event aims to provide apprenticeship opportunities to youth, enhance future-oriented skills, and connect them with the industry.

Principal Subhash Chand Sharma informed that several reputed companies including Jupiter International Ltd., Vardhman Group, Saubhagya Pvt. Ltd., JDS Godrej, Alliance Job and others will participate. These companies will register apprentices on the Apprenticeship Portal, offering employment-oriented training and practical industry experience.

Students from Class 5, 8, 10, 12, ITI diploma holders, three-year diploma holders, and four-year degree holders (freshers as well as experienced) can participate by bringing their biodata, passport-size photos, and original as well as photocopies of certificates. Selected candidates will receive monthly stipend as per Apprenticeship Act.

Sharma urged the youth to take full advantage of this opportunity for skill development and better career prospects.
