HIM Cine & Achievers Award 2025 Celebrates Talent and Promotes Drug-Free Himachal

Shimla, September 22, 2025 – The historic Gaiety Theatre in Shimla hosted the grand HIM Cine & Achievers Award 2025 (HCAA), with Rajiv Rana, Chairman of Asangathit Kamgar Evam Karmchari Congress (KKC) and Secretary of Himachal Pradesh Congress Committee, attending as a special guest. The event, organized by HIM TV Entertainment, was dedicated to the “Drug-Free Himachal” campaign.

Rajiv Rana emphasized the need to guide youth away from addiction, highlighting that arts, cinema, and culture are powerful mediums for positive influence. He urged collective efforts to build a progressive and prosperous Himachal while encouraging young talents to pursue their skills responsibly for the benefit of family, state, and nation.

The awards recognized excellence across film, media, social service, education, art, and culture. Technical Education Minister Rajesh Dharmani was the chief guest, with several senior officials, media representatives, social workers, and dignitaries in attendance. The program showcased Himachal’s rich cultural heritage, folk music, and modern art performances that captivated the audience.
