Revenue Lok Adalats Ensure Timely Settlement of Cases in Ghumarwin

Bilaspur, Sept 5: Under the leadership of Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, the Himachal Pradesh government is prioritizing speedy disposal of revenue-related matters. With digitalization and regular revenue courts, people are now receiving timely services without repeated visits to offices.
In Ghumarwin assembly segment, remarkable progress has been recorded since April 2024. A total of 3,768 mutation (intkal), 168 partition (takseem), and 411 demarcation (nishandehi) cases have been settled. Through the e-district portal, around 58,000 certificates were issued during this period.
In Tehsil Ghumarwin alone, 2,341 mutation cases, 63 partition, and 207 demarcations were resolved, along with the issuance of 38,933 certificates, disposal of 8 encroachment cases, execution of 2,468 registrations, and verification of 4,654 affidavits. Similarly, Sub-Tehsil Bharari disposed of 1,427 mutation, 105 partition, and 204 demarcation cases, issued 18,809 certificates, executed 924 registrations, and verified 3,755 affidavits.
Technical Education Minister Rajesh Dharmani said that transparent and time-bound revenue services remain a top priority. Monthly revenue courts and large-scale digitalization have made the process faster and more accessible for citizens.
