BJP Strong Organisation, Congress Engulfed in Factionalism: Katwal

Shimla, August 30, 2025: BJP State General Secretary Sanjeev Katwal said that the BJP stands as a strong and vast organisation, while the Congress has been reduced to a party riddled with infighting and without a president for over a year. He added that Congress leaders are openly divided, with slogans raised against each other even in front of senior leadership, including state in-charge Rajni Patil, CM Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, and State Congress President Pratibha Singh.

Katwal highlighted that senior Congress leaders themselves admit to neglect and discrimination within the party, as expressed by former minister Thakur Singh Bharmouri. He warned that such internal discord is weakening the Congress and lowering the morale of its workers.
