IPS Transfers Ordered in Himachal

Shimla: On the recommendation of the Civil Services Board, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh has approved major transfers in the IPS cadre. Ms. Rani Bindu has been posted as IGP (Crime), while Dr. D.K. Chaudhary will take charge as Principal, Police Training College, Daroh. Ms. Soumya Sambasivan has been assigned DIG (Northern Range), Dharamshala; Shri Rahul Nath will serve as DIG (Central Range), Mandi; and Shri Arvind Chaudhary has been appointed SP (Leave Reserve), PHQ Shimla. The officers will assume their new charges after the current Vidhan Sabha session concludes.
