Hamirpur, July 27, 2025 – Former Union Minister and MP from Hamirpur, Shri Anurag Singh Thakur, extended his heartfelt congratulations to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for once again being ranked the world’s most popular leader and becoming the second longest-serving continuous Prime Minister of India.
He stated, “The foundation of a developed India rests firmly on the policies of respected Prime Minister Narendra Modi. In the past 11 years, the world has witnessed a transformational journey of India under his leadership.”
Thakur cited the *Morning Consult* global survey, where PM Modi topped the global leader approval ratings with a 75% approval rate, maintaining his lead since 2021. “Modi ji is loved by over a billion Indians and respected by millions globally. His visionary leadership and global stature assure India’s safe and prosperous future,” he added.
He further noted that on July 25, 2025, PM Modi surpassed former PM Indira Gandhi’s record of 4,077 consecutive days in office, completing 4,078 days. With nearly 24 years in elected leadership roles, including as Gujarat CM and now PM, Modi ji becomes India’s second longest-serving continuous Prime Minister—an achievement reflecting his unwavering service and people’s deep trust.
