Special Outreach Campaign Underway in Dadu Village Till June 30: DC Amarjeet Singh

Hamirpur, June 16, 2025 — Deputy Commissioner Amarjeet Singh informed that a special outreach campaign is being conducted from June 15 to 30 under the *‘Dharti Aba Janjatiya Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan’* in Dadu village of Bamsan block, a tribal-dominated area. The initiative aims to create awareness about various welfare schemes and ensure 100% saturation of eligible beneficiaries.

The campaign commemorates the 150th birth anniversary of tribal freedom fighter Bhagwan Birsa Munda, observed as *Tribal Pride Year*. The initiative, led by the Tribal Department, focuses on empowering Scheduled Tribe communities by facilitating access to government schemes.

During the drive, efforts are being made to achieve complete coverage in Aadhaar registration, Ayushman Bharat cards, Kisan Credit Cards, MGNREGA cards, bank accounts, social security pensions, and student scholarships, among others.

The Deputy Commissioner added that instructions have been given to all concerned departments to ensure full implementation. Local panchayat representatives, Anganwadi workers, ASHA workers, and NGOs are actively participating to support the campaign’s success.
