Leader of Opposition and former CM Jairam Thakur attacked the Congress government, accusing it of mismanagement and non-payment of dues to contractors, artists, and employees. He highlighted an incident where a contractor took back office furniture from a BDO office in Banjar due to non-payment for over six months. Thakur also criticized the government for failing to pay local artists who performed at the Shimla Winter Carnival. He accused ministers of lying at the CM’s behest and asserted that governance requires management, not mere speeches.
