Chaudhary Criticizes Congress Government for Internal Conflict and Corruption

Senior BJP leader and former minister Sukhram Chaudhary criticized the Congress government in Himachal Pradesh, stating that it is running on “Ram’s mercy” due to internal conflict within the party. He highlighted the recent dispute between Doon MLA Chaudhary Ram Kumar and Industry Minister Harshvardhan Chauhan over the construction of a security wall at Malkumajara for Indo Farm, funded by the State Industrial Development Corporation. Chaudhary questioned why public funds were being used for a private company’s property. He accused the Congress government of widespread corruption, citing various scandals like those in the forestry, water, and food supply sectors, and claimed these issues are tarnishing the image of Himachal Pradesh.
