Shimla, December 12:: Chief Minister’s Principal Media Advisor Naresh Chauhan, addressing the press, stated that the grand celebration of the Himachal government’s two years in office under the leadership of CM Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu was a resounding success, witnessed by thousands in Bilaspur. He declared it a strong rebuttal to BJP’s repeated claims and their alleged attempts to destabilize the government.
Chauhan highlighted that the Congress government, led by Sukhu, remains steadfast and robust like a rock. He criticized the BJP for engaging in financial manipulation and dreaming of power, asserting that the people of Himachal Pradesh firmly trust the Congress.
He emphasized the government’s focus on fulfilling its promises through impactful policies rather than spreading misinformation, unlike the previous BJP administration. Highlighting the event’s achievements, he mentioned the launch of six new developmental schemes and financial benefits distributed to beneficiaries.
Chauhan also pointed out that the upcoming budget will prioritize strengthening the rural economy, incorporating Rahul Gandhi’s vision for farmers, the underprivileged, and rural development.
Taking a dig at BJP leader Jai Ram Thakur, Chauhan accused the previous government of promoting liquor and paper mafias, taking excessive loans, and failing to present any concrete vision, which led to the state’s financial struggles.
