Live Firing Practice by Indian Army at Tanda Field Firing Range
1 min readDharamshala, January 17: Additional District Magistrate Rohit Rathaur informed that the Indian Army will be conducting live firing practice at the Tanda Field Firing Range from January 19 to January 22, between 8 AM and 5 PM.
He urged the residents of Kohala, Kachhiyari, Kholi, Ghurkadi, and adjoining areas to refrain from visiting the firing range during this period. Additionally, residents are advised not to allow their domestic animals to enter the area to prevent any harm or loss of life or property.
The live firing exercise is a routine military training activity aimed at enhancing the preparedness and efficiency of the armed forces. During this period, safety precautions are essential, and cooperation from the local communities is crucial to ensuring the well-being of residents and their livestock.
The authorities have issued this advisory to prevent any accidental harm to civilians or animals during the military exercise. Residents are requested to follow the guidelines and exercise caution to avoid any unfortunate incidents during the specified dates.
