Stress Management and Career Guidance Workshop Organized at Super Magnet School
1 min readHamirpur, November 18: The Department of Women and Child Development organized a stress management and career guidance workshop for students at Super Magnet School in Hamirpur on Saturday. The event was chaired by Balvir Singh Birla, Project Officer for Child Development.
During the occasion, he encouraged students to choose their careers without stress. Balvir Singh Birla highlighted that, in addition to stress management and career guidance workshops under the “Save the Daughter, Educate the Daughter” initiative, programs such as self-defense training camps, health check-up camps, honoring accomplished daughters, and establishing lists and banners with their names are also being organized.
The main speaker for the program, renowned psychologist and career counselor Sheetal Verma, provided detailed information to students on various ways to deal with different types of stress. She explained how to build self-confidence and stressed the importance of dealing with all kinds of stress to achieve success in life. Sheetal Verma encouraged the girls to concentrate on their goals, build self-confidence, and work hard to achieve success.
Supervisor and Protection Officer Pradeep Kumar Chauhan welcomed the chief guest and other speakers of the workshop.
CMD Shagun Datt Sharma and Principal Vartika Sood of Super Magnet School expressed their gratitude to the Department of Women and Child Development for organizing the workshop and appealed to the students to benefit from the valuable information provided during the event.
