Literature and Society Reflected in Jagdish Sharma’s Writings
1 min readIn a dialogue and discussion session organized by Kikali Charitable Trust, prominent literature figure and journalist Jagdish Sharma engaged in a conversation about his three books – “Pratham Swatantrata Sangram,” “Maa Aur Dwandv,” and “Shaktipeeth: Himachal.” The event took place at Bruz and Book Cafe, Hotel Samrat, near the lift.
Sh. Srinivas Joshi, the Chief Guest, presided over the event, and Sh. Sudarshan Vashisht chaired the session, with special guest K.R. Bharti in attendance.
Dr. Mast Ram Sharma, the main speaker, shared his insights on the book “Shaktipeeth: Himachal,” while Sudarshan Vashisht discussed his perspective on “Pratham Swatantrata Sangram.” Aatma Ranjan contributed his analysis of the poetry book “Maan Aur Dwandv.”
Besides the main speakers, Kunwar Dinesh, Baldev Sharma, Gupteshwar Nath Upadhyay, and Manjeet Sharma also presented their thoughts during the discussion.
The session delved deep into various aspects of literature and society, providing the audience with new perspectives on these literary and social issues.
