Fatal Bike Accident in Jalgram, Una

Una, September 25: A tragic accident occurred in Jalgram, falling under the jurisdiction of the Sadar police station, resulting in the death of a young man riding a bike and causing injuries to his companion.

As per the information available, on the night of Ravi-Som (Sunday-Monday), Anmol, a resident of Santoshgarh, and his friend Harshit, a resident of Solan, were traveling from Santoshgarh to Una on a bike. While reaching Jalgram, the bike lost control and collided with a crash barrier. Unfortunately, Harshit lost his life in the accident. The deceased has been identified as Harshit, the son of Prem Kumar, a resident of Dadlaghat, Solan district, who had come to Una to visit his friend. Anmol, who sustained injuries in the accident, is receiving treatment at a regional hospital.

SP Una, Sanjeev Bhatia, stated that the police have conducted a post-mortem of the deceased and handed over the body to the family. An investigation into the incident has been initiated.
