Woman dies after falling into septic tank in Hp’s Hamirpur

Hamirpur – June 28 – A woman died after falling into the septic tank of her family at Dulehra village near Hamirpur town last evening, said an official spokesman on Wednesday.
He said that the thirty-year-old woman suddenly fell into the septic tank and was not traced for a long time.
However, when someone noticed that the tin of the septic tank was molded, they uncovered the tank and found the woman died there.
The police were informed, and the body was brought out of the tank and taken to the Medical College Hospital, where the medics declared her brought dead.

The Superintendent of Police in Hamirpur, Aakriti Sharma, said that the police are investigating the matter from every aspect.

The exact cause of death will be clear only after the postmortem report is received, she added.
