BUEST Organizes Inter Department Sports Tournament

Solan, May 19, (HT Bureau): Baddi University of Emerging Science and Technology (BUEST) is organizing a three-day-long inter-department sports meet (From May 18 to 20) on the university campus.

The main objective of the sports meet is to encourage students to develop an interest in indoor games as well and help them sharpen their intellectual skills with games like chess. Other games like carrom, badminton, volleyball,  and table tennis are also part of the competition.

Speaking on the occasion Jatinder Sharma, VC, said that it is important for the students to develop the sportsman spirit as in life winning is not everything but participation is the real prize.
